Welcome! I'm glad you're here.
I help individuals facing anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma, as well as those navigating neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism. I also support caregivers, who play such an important role. My approach is strength-based and focused on growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
I'm trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and difficult life experiences. I'm also a certified PEERSยฎ provider through UCLA, offering social skills training for teens and young adults who want to build confidence and meaningful relationships.
I earned my master's degree in psychology and mental health counseling from The University of Texas at El Paso, and my passion for mental health comes from personal experience. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey!

I added trauma to the list of what you help with, since that's what EMDR treats and clients search for it. I also fixed the Spanish punctuation to include the opening ยก. If you'd like to mention your work with military families, it would fit well after the EMDR sentence.
